Factory building studio apartments are something phenomenal. Too bad people tend to value short-term cost savings over long-term effectiveness. Too many spacious factory buildings are being demolished to make room for something new. Granted it is often more expensive to renovate old than to build completely new, but since when money started to dictate our lives...
